Prospect House is a 160 year-old Georgian mansion house that sits on the seafront between Rothesay and Port Bannatyne on the Isle of Bute on Scotland's beautiful West Coast.

Prospect House has been skillfully redesigned to create four 1- and 2-bedroomed self-contained apartments acommodating from 2-5 people. It sits in its own professionally maintained gardens and has ample private parking to the front and rear.

Each apartment is provided with quality linen and towels, central heating with individually controlled radiators for your comfort.

Our tarriff includes central heating and hot water.

We also have a utility room with washer and drying facilities. Microwave ovens have been installed in all apartments in addition to hob and ovens.
