Prospect house flats

Prospect House has its own private parking and is situated within its own grounds on the sea front one mile from Rothesay and near the former fishing village of Port Bannatyne.

We have five flats within Prospect House itself, plus a self-contained Garden Cottage and we have recently added a Town Centre Flat. Please note that Prospect House has a utility room with automatic washer and drying facilities. Microwave ovens have been installed in addition to hob and oven facilities.

There are beautiful lawns with garden furniture on which to relax - and some outside toys, suitable for small children.
